UC Purchase Failed

I've question regarding uc purchase I've purchased uc from midasbuy usually i buy and get no problem buy yesterday i bought uc and not received also contacted to my bank they said amount is paid also deducted from my account on midasbuy transaction was failed and i didn't receive uc im stucked in between.
