Account Frozen for 2 months
My account was frozen for 2 months on 22/01/2025. I was on training ground. Suddenly, I kicked out from the game to login screen. When I try to login the game, it shows me my account is frozen for 2 months. And also told me to update my emulator to latest version. Where, my emulator is already updated to latest version.
When I click "File Claim" I see penalty reason is "Circumventing matchmaking rules". I don't know what is this or what types of penalty is this and what is responsible for this. I don't team-up or matchmaking with anyone.
I think it is misunderstanding. I don't know what is responsible for this. If I do any of this unknowingly, give me punishment. It's ok. But, 2 months punishment for this little thing is very big punishment I think.
And also clarify what is responsible for ban or frozen in doing that thing in PUBG Mobile. I don't use any cheats or third party tools.
I see & face many cheaters on game. I know they are cheaters, I face them repeatedly in game & also report them. But, they aren't get banned. Rather than, we are the people who don't use cheats or third party plugins, who plays legit, they are getting banned. If this continues, Players will leave playing PUBG Mobile. Already many players leave PUBG Mobile because of cheaters & toxicity.
Please review my account & unban it as soon as possible.

For non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.

No one is here to reply or help to fix the problem. Very sad 😔
Without doing anything (modifying gameloop files, using third party tools, teamup etc.) I got banned for 2 months. I see some players are banned like me. Without any possible violation, PUBG Mobile banning players.

My PUBGM account UID 51215638231 is frozen due to some false detection. It says my Emulator is not okay and my account is frozen for 2 months now, but I was using the official Gameloop 32-bit emulator for years. And it was up to date too while I was playing an Erangel match and suddenly while looting my ID freezed and I was logged out. I am attaching the screenshot of the ban with time and date. Kindly look into this matter manually and fix it as soon as possible. Kind regards.
