Players on 1.21.2 & 1.21.3 can't use elytras
Hello 👋 since a day ago players started having issues using elytras only on versions 1.21.2 & 3. The server is on 1.21.1

okay mind giving more details then can’t use elytra
does the elytra just never activate?
can OPs still use their elytra
did you add any new plugins or update any plugins
is viaversion/viabackwards running the latest snapshot

Binary search your plugins
Remove half of your non-essential (ie not things like PAPI or LuckPerm) plugins and see if the problem is fixed.
If it still persists, the cause is in the half still installed.
Continue to halve the remaining plugins until you've narrowed it down to a single plugin.

Ok so I did some testing and I with OP have no issues to use the elytra on 1.21.3 I have via plugins to the latest version as well.
When someone tries to glide with an elytra on 1.21.2/3 they just can't. There isn't much more than that.
