On 29th September, I tried logging into my account after 8–9 months of inactivity. Upon login, I discovered that my account had been hacked, and a third-party email and phone number were added as secondary verification. As a result, I cannot access my account because the system now requires verification codes sent to the hacker's email/phone. I have already submitted a screen-recorded video showing:
1. My attempt to log in using my original Google Play email.
2. The system asking for verification tied to the hacker's email and phone number.
3. My inability to bypass this due to the hacker's changes.
Additionally, I have provided proofs of ownership, including:
- UC Purchase Receipts: Two UC purchase receipts (one from 2 years ago and another from 2–3 months before the hack).
- Devices Used for Gameplay: I have played on OnePlus 9 and Redmi Note 7S in the past.
Challenges in Submitting a Claim In-Game:
Your team advised me to submit an in-game claim. However, it is impossible for me to do so since I cannot log into my account. As a result, I cannot provide detailed information such as my recent gameplay activities, server details, or friend interactions, as I have been locked out for over 3 months.
Request:
I kindly ask you to:
1. Verify the screen-recorded video and details I have submitted, which clearly demonstrate that the account is mine.
2. Check your records to confirm that this account has been inactive since the hack and that unauthorized changes were made.
3. Assist me in recovering my account or unlink the hacker’s details so I can regain access.
