uniqlo wide straight jeans size dilemma
Hi guys, I'm thinking about copping a pair of the aforementioned jeans, but I'm kind of between sizes 29 and 30 so I'm wondering which size seems to sit better on me.
The main thing is that the 29s fit me better at my natural waist, but feel a bit tighter at the hips/butt area, and shoving my phone in the pocket takes some effort.
The 30s feel roomier and more comfortable otherwise, but I'd definitely have to belt them at the waist.
I don't often wear pants with fabric this stiff (don't wear jeans often, my previous pair had elastane) so I'm not sure if the "tightness" of the 29s is really just me feeling constricted because of the fabric, or if they really are pulling.

larger size, denim will likely shrink
good call
I forgor about that
should I size up one size more then? if the 30s seem to fit "just right" other than the waist
I probably wouldn't. "just right" is fine and they'll relax a little in between washes
btw ignore the hem, I'm short and I've cuffed them inwards as far as they will go. will definitely get them hemmed lol
ok, thank you!

30 pair look great!
get 30 and if the sizing ends up bugging you after some wears and washes you can always get the waist taken in slightly
but shouldn't be necessary
