Look in the Keybindings section of your game options, you'll see what mod has that binding. In this case, it's Infinite Nudge, and it works fine. Likely you have another mod that is conflicting with it. >debug

We need more information to help you. Before launching the game again, open the Mod Manager and use the "Generate debug info" option, then send the zip file produced in #help-using-mods. I'd be more inclined to believe that there's a problem with the blueprint. I have Infinite Nudge and have had no problems using it generally, scaling things with it, using blueprints, or even scaling blueprints. Nor have there been any similar reports in the time that I've been here (and it's a very widely used mod).

Hm. Check your keybindings menu for conflicting bindings. If you have multiple functions bound to the same key, manipulating the blueprint could potentially result in "weirdness".

Looking at the resulting modern-art piece, it kinda seems like the BP just involves a bunch of parts that aren't properly scalable? In any case, I think this is in Digby's hands now (sorry!)

I wanting them about 30% smaller so they don't hang off the edge of my tower. Not sure if the mod can make them shrink like shown in the hologram or just make it where the default size is listed as 0% and can't go any lower than that
