Ticket: Instagram analytics not displaying despite reconnecting

Question: Instagram's not showing analytics
Attempted: I've integrated the Instagram (Business) via the instructions available at https://docs.postiz.com/providers/instagram, and used the existing Facebook Integration that I've already done. Instagram shows on the channels dashboard and on the Analytics page but when I click on Instagram, it shows a message "This channel needs to be refreshed, click here to refresh". When I click to refresh it reconnects the account but it'll stay the same. I've checked multiple times the request access parameters and all are there, so I don't know on how to debug this further. Can you please advise? Thank you. Joel

If there is an error, you should see it in the logs, try to refresh your channels and when it happens again copy to log

Thank you for the message @Nevo David . Just did a refresh on the Analytics page and it ends in the same state. Looked at the logs on Postiz (Coolify) and the last 3 entries are the following: 1. Open AI key not set 2. Access to Instagram avatar (redacted) 3. Open AI key not set
