Looking for Large Modpacks with Distant Horizons and Expanded Gameplay
I’ve been working on my own modpack for a while, but I’m hitting a wall with debugging and stability issues. It’s exhausting trying to figure out what’s causing crashes or performance drops, especially when the problems aren’t obvious. I’m sure many of you have been in the same boat, so I’m reaching out for help!
I’m looking for modpacks that use Distant Horizons and have a large mod-list with a focus on:
-Expanding exploration (new biomes, structures, dimensions).
-Adding meaningful gameplay (new mechanics, items, mobs, bosses).
-Keeping the vanilla feel while enhancing the experience.
-I’d love to find a pack that’s already been refined and tested by the community, so I can spend less time debugging and more time enjoying the game. If you know of any modpacks that fit this description, please let me know!
Some specific things I’m looking for:
-Distant Horizons as a core feature for immersive exploration.
-A large mod-list (100+ mods) that adds depth without straying too far from vanilla.
-Stability – I’m tired of random crashes and performance issues.
