Is blue/yellow rp prime plus name which is shown in plane permanent???

When you activate the Elite Pass Plus for the first time, you can collect the Special RP Level Card. After activating the Elite Pass Plus consecutively six times, you can collect the Advanced Special RP Level Card.
Both perks are permanent and will not expire....

So after the current royal pass ends the name tag will be removed???
And what will happen if I purchase normal rp in next season
