Paper not generating a config folder
Im following this guide I found to get a general idea of how to configure the server to my liking but there is no config folder. Nor is there a paper-world-defaults.yml file. Maybe this guide is for a newer version*, I am not sure

Oh I forgot to mention, its a 1.12.2 server

I guess it is outdated then
plugins dont make config folders
plugins configs are in the Plugins folder
Not plugins

Yes it seems like this is the only one on this version, in the guide I was following it said there was a folder called config with different config files but it doesnt seem to be the case for this version
