What clothes should i get , including shoes , jacket and jeans , and i think ill get some jeans from shein for 20$ (something like slim fit drip or smth)

a good local thrift store will be your best bet price-wise. take your time and pray they have a fitting room

Instead of buying something shitty for 20 dollars that will fall apart and create more waste, consider getting something not from Shein/Temu, it will last years and look better.

Go to a thrift store and buy 60 pairs of pants for that much money and all of them will last years instead of "a couple of months"
Wrangler 13MWZ 100% cotton can be found at the thrift for cheap (i guess it depends where you are)
they're also around $30 new online from Amazon in all kinds of colors

do you want something cheap or to not spend a lot of money
because you can probably find stuff that will last longer than shein-grade stuff for less than your budget but it'll either take time or effort on your part, checking local thrift stores, online at depop and such, WAITING
especially if you don't need new pants right away, save up for something better.
or if that's not ideal for you then buy those pants- it seems like you know what you want and that's worth more than the opinion of a stranger on the internet.
