Kardo
"The antithesis of mass-produced fast-fashion, KARDO was launched in 2013 with the desire to slow things down and attend to the small details of menswear. Inspired by the rich heritage of traditional Indian craft textiles we have, for the past decade, worked and nurtured relationships with artisans and textile communities around India to create unique clothing that dresses the modern man with subtle twists on classic silhouettes."

I stumbled across them a few times and keep coming back to look at their stuff. I think they have very nice fabrics and patterns and make great casual matching sets. I might eventually get a few pieces for my summer wardrobe. Curious if anyone has any experience/thoughts on them.
I owned a Kardo jacket a while back, I really loved the feel of the hand dyed fabric. Their cuts are a bit strange though
What exactly was strange about them? Too long/short/wide etc?
At least that jacket was very slim in the body and long arms, their short sleeve shirts look like a more generous relaxed cut

kardo was coming up as fits have gone through big changes
so some stuff fits differently depending on when it was made, newer seasons are good imo
I've seen some Kardo in person and it's really nice, I loved the schiffli texture and it's cool that they have a very transparent chain of who made your garment.
I actually found the opposite of the fit on the shirts I've tried, they were pretty boxy.
excellent rec, thank you!
Love the prints and embroidery both of these got going on
Kardo is super nice, nearly wore their summer tailoring to my wedding but it was a touch casual. Nice fabrics, and I agree that their fits change a ton season to season.

Jacquard weaving involves adding extra yarn in the warp or weft to add extra surface in the fabric to create patterns in the weave that have raised texture.
