Account Ban
Dear PUBG Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern about my account being banned for two months. I believe this action was taken in error as I have not engaged in any activity that violates the game's rules.
The ban occurred immediately after starting a game, and I received a notification stating it was due to issues with the emulator. I have already contacted the emulator’s customer support and addressed any possible issues on my end.
However, I am deeply concerned as I have invested money into the game through the Royale Pass and Prime subscriptions. If the ban remains in place, all my purchases and progress will be wasted.
Please review this matter again, as I am not new to the game and would never jeopardize my account or violate its policies. I trust your team will investigate this thoroughly and rectify the issue promptly.
