Solution:

i guess i cna close this cause it took me a few hours to fix. in the end: mods were the same, used the same profile install. when my bud hosted i couldnt join but when i hosted i could....

You are confusing "nobody has noticed your topic/had time to go through your logs/found an obvious solution" with "debug logs are unhelpful". Your ticket hasn't even been triaged. Nobody here is paid, nor owes you their time.
