I sent an e-mail as you said but they also sent me an automatic message. When I sent all the screenshots they didn't even reply. It's really a shame for the effort and money I gave. All I've seen for days are the same messages. Not one person even comes out and says I'm banned even though I have proof. And there's nothing I can do.

It only asks me to send a request from within the game, and I only receive automatic messages from within the game.
Please access the link then select "Bug", you should be able to see this:
