Ticket: Configuring Facebook provider: advanced access issues
@joelclaudio Just created a ticket
Question: I am configuring the Facebook provider, and I am on Step 7 (https://docs.postiz.com/providers/facebook). The issue is 2 fold: 1 - Meta only let me choose the "request advanced access" on pages_show_list. For all the others the button is disabled and it's stating "To request advanced access to this permission, you need to make a successful test API call. It may take up to 24 hours after the first API call for this button to become active." Is this normal for item 1, to only have access to one of the needed advanced permissions? 2. Even though I couldn't request any more advanced access, I went ahead and tried finish the process for "pages_show_list", I completed all the forms but I am stuck on "Complete app verification" (https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/i8na2kn3uitajllpqj0mj/Screenshot-2025-01-17-at-12.14.53.png?rlkey=wj1o1ihekcd45c4va5hdfzfmp&dl=0), which led me to create a platform inside of Meta (https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/o5s4sx3064jolqnx84ybw/Screenshot-2025-01-17-at-12.15.00.png?rlkey=28qececdnz6hee69friyuxjhq&dl=0). Is this the normal path that I am facing or did I went the wrong way? Do you have a guide or a thread of someone that passed by the same configuration. I think if I send this for Meta to review, they'll test the Facebook login and fail the app due to the app not having the Facebook button or fail for other bureacrat error on Meta side. I need some guidance. Best regards, Joel
Attempted: It's explained on the step above.
Working On: We are a Digital Agency, and we are setting up Postiz as a social-media scheduler for our clients.

I picked this up today again. Regarding:
Part 1:
I've managed to do what Meta was guiding me to, make API calls with the those advanced requests and in 24 hours they are now available for me to use
Part 2:
I've created a user for our installation for Postiz and gave access to Meta.
Weird part is that right now I have multiple steps to submit for review to Meta where I need to describe the use of the permission and include a screen-recording of it.
Once again, do you have some recipe to follow for this?
Also, how can I screen-record something that I don't have access to?

I've ignored Meta's instructions and went ahead and tried to use the tokens provided without making the rest of the App Review.
I've managed to connect.

Is it normal to have the App in Development instead of Production?
