I have submitted a form for ban appeal and I haven't got any response for 2 weeks, any ideas why?

You may create a new account to continue playing PUBG MOBILE. Make sure that you secure your account with a strong password and two-factor authentication for both your social media accounts and your PUBG MOBILE account....

Hi, I submitted ban appeal through Google forms, my account has been banned for around 8 years, I did a huge break from this game and when I tried playing it after couple years I was welcomed with a ban, I checked my emails and I was surprised to see that around 20 people with different phones and from different countries logged into my account and somehow made it banned.
