Hello, OP! :r_pengwave: Lieutenants and Majors can apply for Eagle Eye approval. To qualify, an investigator must have a record of good accuracy. If you meet the requirements, you can join the waiting list. Please be patient as applications are reviewed periodically.
However, if you want to experience Eagle Eye for a limited time, you can collect a key from an Investigator who already has full Eagle Eye access or wait for an Official Announcement regarding any event where the keys will be available....
