Row on corne no longer working

Hello, Over the weekend I plugged in both halves of my Corne and yesterday I wasn't able to use the middle row on the left half. I was going through the troubleshooting guide and it seems like there is sometimes a short on P0.24 to other pins but not always. I've seen a short to VCC and GND sporadically. I did verify by swapping the nice!nanos between halves and same thing on the other half with no middle row on P0.24 so it has to be the nice!nano I think. Since it had been working for months before without any weird issues I don't think it it is my solder joints but just to be sure I re-flowed the joint on that pin and still nothing when plugged in to the Corne PCB. Not sure what could have happened just by leaving it plugged in over night but hoping there is something I can do and appreciate any help!

It sounds like you've done some great troubleshooting already! It's unusual for a nice!nano to fail like that, but it's possible. Since the issue persists with a different PCB, it does seem like the nice!nano is the problem. Sporadic shorts to VCC/GND on P0.24 are concerning. You've already reflowed the solder joint, which is good. Unfortunately, if the pin is internally damaged, there isn't much you can do. You can try reflowing all the pins on the nice!nano, but it's unlikely to fix an internal issue. It seems like you'll need a new nice!nano. You can find them on our store. Let me know if you have any other questions or need further help!

I did already purchase a new nice!nano just to be safe and because I needed the keyboard back working somewhat quickly but does the nice!nano carry any sort of warranty with it?
