I have a question, does the 60 uc off works on the Royale pass from 51-100?

You can only use a discount voucher once to purchase the Royale Pass.
That means if you have already used a discount voucher to purchase the first 1-50 ranks, then you will not be able to use it again when purchasing the remaining 51-100 ranks....
