B hoga ig Because see Both the diodes are biased in same the direction na So when you apply a voltage >5 the both the diodes will be reversed and the circuit will break and if voltage is less than 5 then both diodes will be forwarded and Circuit will be ON so its and because Both are diode are similarly biased
