If we change eu to na , will the rank also change or stay same ?

Your rank will remain the same on the Europe server, but you will no longer be able to rank up there. Instead, your rank progression will shift to the North America server, where you will resume with your previously established rank in North America server (e.g., Bronze or Gold).
If you switch back to the Europe server, you can continue from the rank you left off. Please note that switching servers incurs a cooldown period of 7 days before you can switch again....
