My data and pc got compromised and i got a 10 years ban
Hello im a pubg mobile player that uses the official emulator of gameloop and never i had problems until recently that my pc got infected and everything on my pc got compromised so the thing i did as everyone will do is change my passwords and format my computer after i did that everything was fine but after some hours when i logged to my pubg account was banned and the reason was a Third Party Software (the virus that infected my pc and stole everything) and that made me in shock and i tried contacting the support without any result, if my ban was for cheating or because i break the terms of services i will not even complain about it but in this case just because a external virus affected my pc and stole all my accounts and compromised my data i got ban in this game
