Mods in pterodactyl docker environment

Hi! I am trying to get mods to work on my dedicated server. This is inside a pterodactyl docker server which has full access to game files and SFTP as well. Though I am having a hard time finding out how to install the ficsit-cli. Is it possible to install the ficsit-cli just for my docker container or would it have to be done on the entire VPS?
Solution:
If the mod specifies that it doesn't need to be installed on all sides, you can just add it to the profile shared by the client and server, and SMM will only install it on the client

Ah this question has changed! My dumb ass read over the fact you use EITHER ficsit-cli OR SMM. So I have SMM set up now. Though is there a problem if I install client mods for my own use? How do I make sure the mod goes to either my computer or my dedi server?

There are relatively few client only mods. Eventually the mod packs feature will be released to deal with this, but for now, if you need to run a client only mod, they need to be on separate profiles

And if the mod does not specify that, and you try to join the server with that mod, SML will reject the connection when trying to join
