I cannot log in
I can't login to my account after my friend lost his phone card and I can't find my ID too my friends can't find account on their friendlist maybe someone took it...
And it's error when my friend want to log in

If you are not able to access your account because you no longer have access to the phone number, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there. Please keep in mind that you will either need to know the UID or the current username of your account to be able to submit a recovery request.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description and your numeric user identification on the official support subreddit....

can you explain it in a little easy way?
I lost my card number
And used to login with that
And now i cannot log in
