account recovery request goes unaswered
hi, I recently put in an account recovery reqovery request because i lost my 2FA key and recovery keys... however after i recieved instructions to show my control over the domains i haven't heard back from cloudflare in 5 days (the request has been closed twice now due to there not being any action in 48 hours...) is there anyone who can help with this?

What's the ticket number?
the request has been closed twice now due to there not being any action in 48 hours...This should only be the case if the ticket is waiting a response from you and you don't respond, but in all cases where the ticket is closed you can reply to reopen it

i have sent two replies. one to open the ticket and to proceed and one today with me asking for any updates as i haven't recieved a responce yet
hi there. so it is almost 10 days now.... still haven't recieved any updates whatsoever on my account
so uhh erisa... i accidentally named the txt file 2fa-verify.txt instead of the correct cf-2fa-verify.txt.
this issue is now solved :)
