Internal server error on getting a subscriber's global preferences
Hello, we are receiving a 500 error on getting a subscriber's global preferences using the Headless client.
This only happens in our 651eff441df1b46454f4c09c (Production) environment, it works fine in our 651eff421df1b46454f4c060 (Development) environment.

is it happening with all subscribers in production environment?

Yes, seems to be occurring for all subscribers.
