Unable to Change Nameservers for Domain registered with CloudFlare
Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble changing the nameservers for my domain, coodani.com, which is registered with Cloudflare. Here’s the information you might need to help me:
Domain: coodani.com
Zone ID: 493a158b887460749d564e19a0991599
Account ID: d92b0ecc416655fc56cdcc541231aee0
Issue: I'm unable to modify the nameservers. I’ve tried accessing the settings, but the option seems unavailable or locked.

You can't change the nameservers on a domain purchased with Cloudflare Registrar - you must use Cloudflare's DNS
Ops, looks like i did not explain well enough. My problem is that when i try to add my domain to manage on Cloudfare, it tells me that my domain is not pointing to the bjorn.ns.cloudflare.com and karsyn.ns.cloudflare.com. So I am kind of stuck in a loop...
You don't need to add the domain to "manage" on Cloudflare.
The domain will currently be an active zone in a Cloudflare account when the domain was transferred into Cloudflare Registrar.
If you are trying to add the domain as a new zone, it sounds like you have multiple Cloudflare accounts. If that's the case, you can transfer the domain between Cloudflare accounts by going to the following section on the account where the domain is currently active:
Domain Registration > Manage > Configuration > Move to another Cloudflare account

What are you talking about, your DNS query doesn't prove anything lol, I've seen this exact issue crop up dozens of times and it's almost always user error.
The only reason they'd need to contact support is if they managed to delete the zone from their account and tried to re-add it, but Cloudflare has a check which prevents zones from being deleted if the domain is registered through Cloudflare Registrar.
Yeah that's totally fair, I just think it's a bit much to be like 'ignore the above person' when based on the information they've provided, we can reasonably infer the issue they're having. If they subsequently confirm they did indeed delete the zone or did something to cause an NS mismatch, then yeah they should absolutely contact support.
But we might be able to get them a resolution faster than the weeks it'll take for Registrar support to respond if they have done what 9/10 other people do when this happens and it's just user error and nothing is actually 'wrong' per-se.
So, I have multiple domains on CD, and all of them are working fine except from this one. I do not recall having a different account. Whenever I click on "manage" on the screenshot, nothing happens...
Yeah, that screenshot is from the registrar section, so you're in the correct account. Contact support as Leo mentioned to resolve the issue. I'm guessing you somehow managed to delete your domain's zone given you've attempted to re-add it.
my problem is I can not contact support as I only have free plans lol, I was hoping of solving the issue posting here
You can still open a Registrar ticket even with a free account, so that's not a problem. The only problem is the response times lol, I'm on a business plan and my last registrar ticket from November took 7 weeks to get a response 😂
Transferring the actual domain to another registrar (changing nameservers to activate the zone) and back in would save you contacting support, but if you can't even press manage, you won't be able to unlock and get the auth code, so your only option right now does seem to be reaching out.

thank you very much for your help, I will open a ticket again, last time I tried they rejected helping me out lol, that is why I am using Discord.
Oh man, I just open another ticket and again the same automated reply bullsh*t saying I am not the owner and closing the ticket... I am 100% the owner and CloudFlare is blocking one of my key domains for months... :lul: lets see where it goes. New case ID 01337834 in case some chill and nice mod can help me out

Yeap I did, however still pending a human reply/check since december 6th
