pla vcore4 500 idex

PLA print of benchy at .6 mm noz and defaults for everything. belts and vaoc and such all configured and fall within tolerances. still need to enclose the printer, shakes a lot at default speeds. i couldn’t get benchy to print with my petg ( cheap no name brand. ) switched to pla and kept fan at default 40-80 percent. is this messy print on the side a fan issue or extrusion multiplier? ( think i had at .98)
