Casual Pants with deep pockets
I'm tired of buying pants with pockets that leaves me afraid of losing my phone when sitting down. Especially in the winter, the Haggar pants I usually depend on are too thin in this weather and I need some thicker casual pants that I can wear when going outside casually or to work. No denim tho, please. I really don't like them. Also, I prefer the regular trouser look to the five pocket pant look, though I'm open to be convinced on that if there are some good options on them
Please, help me end my cycle of buying pants online and then promptly refunding them. 🙏

It is hard to beat a great pair of broken-in fatigue pants, but unfortunately most don't have the perfect fit. orSlow has solved this problem. First, sourcing the exact fabric and then washing and working it to feel like wear ready and then cutting with a straight fit that is a perfect hybrid between a tailored trouser
Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not saying I'm looking for fashionable options only but I would like something a bit above armywear in the fashion tier. 😅
I got news for you about what's fashionable buddy
budget
Let's say $300 CAD is the max for now.
Is it too much to ask for normal looking pants just with deep pockets?😩

im ngl anytime i have pants with shallow ass pockets i think im just unlucky rather it being anything abt the brand or garment
I think I might be coming around to trying them again. I stopped years ago since their pants kept tearing in the crotch because my work keeps me in my foot a lot but I don't think I had an issue with their pockets. Besides I always liked the look of their pleated pants.
I find that y-3 and engineered garments have p good pockets
Well, if you wear trousers with trouser pockets you are absolutely just more likely to have shit fall out of your pockets by default
Jeans, fatigues, pants with front pockets are designed to not have stuff fall out of your pockets when you sit
in my experience polo andrews (pleated)/phillips (non-pleated) chinos had fairly deep pockets
painter pants have deep pockets as well but i suspect that's not going to be to your taste
Military surplus dress pants have pretty deep pockets and are pretty much the only surplus that won’t look “military-y”
Plus there’s lots of options that are all drastically different
Those are no longer available new, are they?
Well. I haven't had a problem with my current set of pants 🤷♂️
The new ones I bought recently however had my phone rolling out constantly when sitting down and I didn't even realize my bluetooth earphone case slipped out while I was sitting int he car
no, though there is a very robust secondhand market on ebay (usually 20-30/pair, often NWT). as best as i can tell, the modern equivalent of them also have suffciently deep pockets though you'll be paying considerably more
What might be helpful are Carhartt WIP pants. Their double pleat cords are big enough to fit a switch in comfortably as are their double pleat chinos.
