Please note that the game accounts are banned only for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
If you believe that your account has been wrongfully suspended, you can submit an appeal by clicking on the
File Claim button located in the bottom-left corner of the account suspension dialog box....3 Replies

If you are not satisfied with customer service's response, you may create a new post on the Support Reddit.But unfortunately the ban was received not by me but by the attacker, and the appeal Rejected
