Attempted: I was searching to buy a vps but could not decide which one is more appropriate for my use case
Working On: I have a social media marketing agency

Honestly you will be better with the hosted solution
For 200+ accounts you might need to contact developer directly but I'm sure he might cut a sweet deal
I agree with @m4rk !
What really matters is the volume and frequency of posts
But lots of accounts / posts don't necessarily require lots more resources
If you had a dedicated 16Gb RAM VPS you'd probably be fine, however, for 200 accounts you want a relaiable service, not a single VM that might die any time and upset your clients
So yes, do consider the hosted platform version - ping @Nevo David directly on this, I'm sure you can work something out
You don't want your core business to rely on your ability to repair a single Linux VM that you are hosting on a cloud somewhere - your core business is providing a service for those 200 instagram accounts @surfmore

My concern is that if i use a VPS, all the accounts will be connected in the same IP and I am afraid of IG bans.
Use a vpn on the vps to change the ip every x minutes? I dont'think insta will ban over this unless you do something sketchy (?)? Anyway, better contact the dev for this
