Ticket: Billing Page Redirect Loop Issue

@alexgolub. Just created a ticket
Question: When the plan expires, I am greeted by a prompt to go to Billing. Clicking the "Go to Billing" button opens a new tab with /billing... and then I'm greeted by the same prompt. If I click "Go to Billing" it repeats the same steps. If I click "Cancel" then it removes the prompt but it never loads the billing UI.
