You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim. If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

Ow sorry So i was on a vacation with my family For a pretty long time Like 2 months or something When i returned i tried to log in my account But i couldnt When i opened a new one i realized it was stolen Because everything was different I tried my best to get it back by sending a form To pubg By filling the questions like what did u connect ur account and stuff I couldnt do this because the guy that stole my acc did this and its closed for me Right now im still trying my best to get it back By using this

Sorry its turkish It basically says that they have seen some weird stuff and i have to ask this to the security team of pubg Ive tried this like 6-7 times or something but No replys I can prove everything about my sccount So what can i do can u help me out?

Suspicious activities have been logged into your account from different locations, or when a request is created, you will encounter this problem when you try to create a request from your current location or from a different device. If you have sent an e-mail, you need to wait for the response, unfortunately there is nothing else you can do here.
