Is pubg hand picking specific phones to allow 120 fps or is it automatic by chipset ?

Minimum required chipset for 120 FPS:
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1
- MediaTek Dimensity 9000
If your device does not have 120 FPS support in version 3.3, it will not have it in the future either, unless it is a new chip or device.
One device with MediaTek Dimensity 8200 is exempt.
