Transaction Error

Trying to buy a prepaid subscription. Getting an error (PayPal Buyer Revoked Pre-Approved Payment Authorization). Guess it is because i used the "chancel subscription" button on paypal (now that I know I am not gonna use that option again). Thing is, PayPal is my only payment option. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I think you need to create a regular subscription first to renew the billing agreement and only then can you add money manually

Everything I'm reading says you have to go through the checkout flow again to reset it. What options are you selecting in checkout? Are you enabling autorenew?

You might need to use a different payment method then. Do you have access to a credit or debit card? Outside of contacting PayPal I'm not sure how else you fix that

Yeah I think you'll have to contact PayPal then. I don't know that we can fix this from our end

Are you able to re-activate the billing agreement within the PayPal interface?

I'll check I do not see that option It's just telling me "inactive"

Not sure what else you can do then. I don't know if making a new account with us would change what PayPal thinks from a billing agreement perspective

I'm not seeing the most recent failures in the transaction log so I think you might be getting blocked by anti-fraud
