VIrt-manger flatpak not working
Saw the ujust for virtualization was updated to use the virt-manger flatpak so I
rpm-ostree reset rebooted and then re ran ujust setup-virtualization
after rebooting one last time I tried launching the virtmanger flatpak and got this
Could not detect a default hypervisor. Make sure the appropriate QEMU/KVM virtualization and libvirt packages are installed to manage virtualization on this host.
A virtualization connection can be manually added via File->Add Connection

You just need to add the connection, settings are default
Everything is included now
Do file -> add connection, connect
Hah, beaten to it
I might try and ship that as a default config for new users
Just to get rid of this one step
