What color of turtleneck to get for these pants
I want to give it a sharp look but at the same time not too flashy.
I want to avoid colors like bright green or orange (unless you've a good reason to think otherwise)

Should I get black on blue?
That’s the one thing I wouldn’t do. Black might also be a little tricky. Burgundy, camel, or a mid grey would all be good places to start.

Depends on the rest of the fit. With the black belt I think grey and brown and black are nice but really any colors can go with navy
I can't find any good brown or tan turtlenecks but they seem like the best options rn
