How do I unban an account? For more than 1 month I sent help to the service to lift the penalty on my account, I always got an unclear response. the problem has not been solved, even the service staff cannot remove the punishment properly. I've spent quite a lot of money on this account. For more than 5 years I played purely without punishment. please help me, waive the penalty on my account.

It doesn't work, I've tried it. rejected, there is no decision.
if its rejected, then no more chance for you, its time to move on
send an appeal every day, then the system replies as in the picture. as if giving hope, I'm happy I think this is successful and my account can be freed. but just the same, it's useless. That's what I experienced this month while sending an appeal to the service provider.

If an influencer had a case like mine, maybe they would be easier to solve.
