Uc refund
My friend donated me uc from his credit card, in the game. I didn’t had a credit card at that time so I asked him to help me. He logged into my account and purchased uc for me. Then a couple weeks we got in a fight, and he decided it was a good idea to ask his bank for a refund for those purchases. So my account got banned for a year. It’s been more than a year and my account is still banned, but it says your account is banned for 365 days. Every time I check it, the date is not changing. Is it possible to unban my account anyhow?

If your account is currently suspended, please use the File Claim option on the account suspension dialog box, if you wish to make an appeal.
