sounds like a mod incompatability, but i dont see any of the ussual suspects. does just DH work?
exactly what do you mean with "work" cause the options appear, but it's not loading the lods

then it is probably a mod incompatability
you could try a /binary search
Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
