What is "creation ID"?
And I submitted my design for the lobby design contest how could I know if it have submitted or what?

If you have successfully submitted your entry, you will be able to see it in Co-Create space which can be accessed from the lobby.

If you have successfully submitted your entry, you will be able to see it in Co-Create space which can be accessed from the lobby.
Once you are in the Co-Create Space, tap on Personal Center > Notifications and you will be able to see which of your submissions have been accepted along with their Creation IDs.
Also what is "creation ID" and how can I make this
This is something that's assigned to your entries by the system. If this is mentioned in a different context could you please provide a screenshot of where this is mentioned?
