Everybody loves Coachella and EDC! And everyone wants to be the best dressed there. What do you wear to your favorite music festivals?

Sunscreen
My fave accessory
Sound on
That’s cool
amazing
Earplugs?
lame answer but earplugs cause hearing health is important 🤓
Earplugs are also very essential
I'm so generally negative on rave fits that I see (probably just lacking in good examples) that I was ready to come in here being all pessimistic, didn't expect to be immediately proven wrong
I go to a fair number of raves so I bring them everywhere
that goes hard as shit
I love them for festivals because I can't wear them in actually dark indoor spaces
wear it to an orchestral concert and annoy every single person in the room at once
Would they really
I wore them to watch dune
I would be annoyed but also respect
Earplug
Not nearly dirty enough
Clean them???
I’m not trying to put crusty ass earplugs back in my ears
anyone have fav earplugs? I've used the etymotic ones and they are fine but curious about loop cause they look slick
Customs are really great if it’s reasonable for you, but that’s a kinda whole different thing
I'd not use these if I was going to my favorite artists, but I found out last time I went to a concert kinda spontaneously that airpods pro in adaptive mode actually work serviceably for ear protection without completely mangling the music
just in case anyone ever finds themselves at a concert without earbuds but with airpods in their pocket
neither fashion nor good but better than nothing and might even be better than the ear plugs you can buy for $10 at merch stands
Mine are loops but recently they've started hurting my ears a bit even though I sized down the tips, so it might be time to get fitted for custom ones
I use Loop and I like them. Usually earplugs don’t fit in. My ears and fall out but Loops don’t
I had the etymotics and they were solid, but annoying to store. Ended up losing them and getting one of the generics that comes in a metal pillcase, ex: https://www.amazon.com/Reure-Cancelling-Musicians-Motorcycles-Protection/dp/B0CG9F5W3Q
Reure High Fidelity Concert Ear Plugs, Noise Cancelling Silicone Ea...
High Fidelity Ear Plugs
Both worked well and I prefer the flange tips over the regular loop ones
loop are not that good
they're just foam
as awful as the name is, eargasm ones are great
or earpeace
on topic though, there's a lot a lot to say about festival wear. few other like contexts put SO much emphasis on both form and function its crazy and it's really an equalizer since both have their benefits. a normal ass guy wearing jeans and sneakers will look completely in place next to a girl on stilts in a like three thousand dollar horrorcore costume.
Also this type of leg harness bag is good if I want to be totally hands free
Ig maybe not as applicable to men since y'all have pockets n shit
a good bag and good shoes are the two best things you can have tbh
handsfree is ideal but it's also nice not to be lopsided when you're dancing, so just bringing less and keeping it close is the move
Make fanny packs great again
I usually put cards keys and earplugs in mine
at this point i'm just wearing boots cargos and a mesh shirt to most dancey stuff
wanna be cute and functional yknow
my uniform these days is a marine serre top, a porter fanny pack, and lots of pockets. collapsible water bottle comes in clutch
some recent rave/festival fits from the year
But to the question, rain poncho, wellies, cheap sweatshir, combat pants
What a weird way to say that!
I don't have any good photos of me in them, but if you're somewhere in the summer and okay with wearing shorts, the cotton ripstop shorts from Orslow are so lightweight and basically match with anything that they are perfect for dancing for hours.

I tend to match them with a black T-shirt and a black baseball cap to protect my face from the sun.
Then, for shoes, I wear the brooks Cascadia 16, which are actually my trail runners.

I don't claim them to be gorgeous or anything. But they are very comfortable and will work on the ground even if it rains or whatever.
For a bag, I use this Lululemon bag I,got from my wife. It is not large, so that might not work for people. But I can get my wallet and my phone in there, and when I tighten it against my body, I can dance without it bouncing around.

Please note that I really only go to techno music festivals, so I realize that the all black colors came might not work for others.
Finally, as others have said sunscreen and Goodyear plugs are a must!
Goodyear plugs :xd:
