I don't think the DH chunks are updating...

My CPU % is also only at 10%.

Ohhh, I think I found the problem, it created a new folder for the server since the configs got reset during updates

Yes, I loaded about a 20K x 20K area so far Got about 20K x 40K to go on the map

You should send your latest.log file to provide additional useful information. Logs are usually located in the .minecraft/logs directory. On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs Please upload the file to mclo.gs instead of sending the raw file. This makes reading the contents of the file a lot easier and improves the chances of you getting the help needed. After uploading the file, click on Save and send the link.

I assume not, but there's no problem in not first going to 2.3.0a?
Puhpine

what do you mean?
Stephen5311
Stephen5311OP2mo ago
Like 2.2.1a -> 2.3.0a -> 2.3.0b Or 2.2.1a -> 2.3.0b
Puhpine

For future reference, if the configs (that are already there) could be saved in future updates 🙏

it completely reset your config to default settings? i dont think it should do that
Stephen5311
Stephen5311OP2mo ago
Yes Because it was more than 256 (was on 1024 last time), I was on Extreme, not medium, etc

let me try to replicate

Yep, I see DH chunks now Doesn't seem to be needing to process them from 2.2.1a
Puhpine
Puhpine2mo ago
same happened to me @BackSun is that intentional? updating from 2.2.1 to RC2 resets all DH settings to default
BackSun
BackSun2mo ago
That was intentionally done at one point due to how many configs were changed. I think that did happen between 2.2.1 and RC2
Puhpine
Puhpine2mo ago
alright, as long as its intentional

Tested just now on vanilla, new folder too Don't think those random letters and numbers are suppose to be there...
BackSun

Those are intentional and were added with RC1. They’re a replacement to the broken multiverse similarity config.
