Q: Is OpenDeck using elgato-streamdeck (library in Rust) ?
Hello,
thank you for this amazing project OpenDeck. ♥️
I'm aware of your message: https://discord.com/channels/1143819637897834571/1153001116850733206/1318542382622441493
I saw couple of days ago, into elgato-streamdeck library was added support for MiraBox HSV293S in PR #22 (https://github.com/streamduck-org/elgato-streamdeck/pull/22).
Will it affects also OpenDeck app?
Should I expect that MiraBox HSV293 will be working in OpenDeck?
Thank you for an answer! Have a nice day! 🙂

Added support for the MiraBox HSV293S, which seems to be a variant of the AKP153 with "FHOOU" emblazoned on the front. (#21 by @czyz), but with resolved conflicts

Hi,
Yes it will affect Opendeck. Since a week or so, Ninjadev is also the Maintainer of elgato-streamdeck library.
because I got that MiraBox HSV293 and I would like to use OpenDeck instead of unknown "Stream Dock" which looks like copy of elgato Stream Deck software
I think you will need to wait for the next update of Opendeck. I don't know if it works if you build the git variant yourself.
It will work if you build it yourself
Otherwise you will need to wait for the next release
thank you for your prompt answer @ninjadev64 🙂
No worries
I aim to get the next release out in the next few days, as there are some outstanding bugs that have been resolved that I would like to have fixed in a stable version
