You can purchase items from the Trade Shop when playing Metro Royale match. The items available for purchase are random and their quantity is limited.
In your screenshot, you cannot purchase Detector since it has already been sold out....

you can grind metro cash in many ways: claim from daily tasks, sell your looted items after escaping at the exit point,..
