Update linked phone number
Hi, I need help updating the phone number linked to my account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the number currently associated with it, which is also used for verification. I log in using my email and X.
I've recently returned to the game after a long time, and I noticed one of the requirements is to log in x/15 days in the past. I’m happy to wait, but I’m unsure how to proceed with updating my phone number.

Hello, @Marshal! Before you can change your phone number, you'll need to make sure that you meet the following requirements:
- You have used the current device to log in for 15 days or more in the last month.
- The current mobile number has been linked for 7 days.

Hello, @Marshal! Before you can change your phone number, you'll need to make sure that you meet the following requirements:
- You have used the current device to log in for 15 days or more in the last month.
- The current mobile number has been linked for 7 days.
- Verify with your already linked phone number
You need to log in continuously for 15 days on the same device to be eligible for the change. If you log in with other devices during this period, the duration will be reset.
If you have lost access to your current linked phone number, we recommend that you first try to recover it by contacting your provider. If you still require further assistance, please reach out to the customer service through in-game.

Have you tried to recover your phone number or try to replace it with the same phone number by contacting your provider, @Marshal?
I’m not entirely sure as I tried to switch network providers and something happened hence why I’ve changed my number this isn’t recent this was 2 years ago. I was able to log in and play using twitter and my email address.

Hey, I tried to update my phone number via in game customer support and my application got rejected. I've provided all the information required and not sure what to do.
A rejected claim can result from providing insufficient or incorrect required information or trying to submit the claim from an unfamiliar device.
The device is familiar, I’ve been using the device for two plus years. I’ve provided all the information I could remember. Would I be able to make a new claim ?
