Lag/packet loss problem
Lag problem.
How it looks: when Im typing or talking no one can see or hear it, I can switch my weapon many times, I can see my opponents but they cant see me etc. When the error stops it will suddenly “move” me to the place where the error occurred, i.e. when I was standing at the spawn and bug started it would move me to the spawn after the error ended.
How I tried to fix: Tested over cable, wireless, on wifi 5ghz, 2.4ghz and on mobile internet, disabled ipv6, added to exceptions of windows defender, added to firewall. On riot website I saw a tutorial to use CMD to do a ping/route and in the file of this operation I saw that the ping was fine at the first 6 addresses and then with 20-30 there was a timeout.
Riot support reaction: They gave me instructions about what to do but nothing fixed this bug.
Other devices: everything works fine

You can also enable network graphs to see if this is related to internet problem
Also who is your ISP you haven't told us yet
But if this only happens on one of your devices it's likely the culprit

yes and it worked good
i had this problem about a year ago or sth (on this pc) but a complete reinstall of the game helped. now this problem appeared again after a reset of the whole pc and nothing helps now :/

try installing lan/wlan drivers

yea its most likely a driver issue
because when u reset ur pc it deleted everything
including drivers
I updated bios, lan driver, motherboard driver, more and now I played 1 game without this bug but I need to play more in next days to see if its fixed or not
once u have the drivers installed it should be fixed

A shot in the dark, but try power draining on your pc and also make sure your power supply is ok, disconnect unnecessary usbs and try playing a round or two

idk, I disabled edge browser, useless services, all settings (maps, localization, feedback, ...), removed all useless aps cortana, ..., all this useless things. Expo mode for ram, priority for games, low settings in valorant ...

this personally exactly happens to me when i alt tab on google before a round
I often use alt tab but Im not sure if thats the reason
even if alt tabbing is the reason, such bug cant appear in game, I played a lot of games but this is the only game with this problem :/

I'd hv to assume ur settings is the one messing it up, ik sounds weird but i did this too w my ThinkPad i had a long time ago n it messed it up hard. i had to reinstall windows completely b4 my wifi card could stop tweaking n give me a stable wifi n it fixed my packet loss to
avg round 10 at first n avg round 1 now
and try this too, especially the bad power supply. if you hv a bad power supply it could b giving everything else power n ur wifi card not enough power, window settings can do that too but you'll know if u did that
oh ur ethernet, so n this case its basically the same js make sure ur ethernet isn't being bogged by not enough power, once again window settings, you can download programs to give more demand to ethernet port too
I reinstalled my windows in november, before reinstall I never saw this bug and after reinstall I have this. I can reinstall windows again but I will need to install again 3TB of files and I will need to setup everything again :/
as unfortunate as this may seem, if nothing else works you can try reinstalling window but when you do that just try using it normally, it's gonna be slower but then if you get valorant on a new fresh copy new settings windows it might fix it. if it fixes it then you can start tweaking w the wifi n the graphics n stuff, but once you do something test n make sure your ethernet doesn't bog down again. do you have another drive you can save ur files on? maybe a cloud or something
I have 2 weeks of free time now so I can try to reinstall. I can upload files on cloud and pendrives so maybe it will be ok

try playing a full game without alt tabbing, then try a full game watching shit on google, when i go on animesaturn and watch some shows its where its the most intense, alt tab after you die and start spectating and come back around 5s before round starts
after reinstall: 0 valorant lags after 3 games, alt tab speed +10sec
im glad it's not lagging as hard anymore, but is the alt tab speed sluggish? it might just be valorant giving the +10 but im not completely sure, i had a slow pc at one time running 75fps 720p n my alt tab speed was always around 5-7 seconds
