Ticket: Refund Request: Subscription Cancellation Error

@GyutaeQ Just created a ticket
Question: Request Refund for late subscription cancel
Attempted: I started using postiz about 10 days ago. But it didn't have enough features that I wanted, so after some testing I decided to stop using it and canceled my subscription. However, due to a network issue, the cancellation didn't go through properly and I received an unwanted payment on the 24th. Please refund me. I have not used postiz except for the initial testing period. Please check the logs.
Working On: I'm not using postiz now
