Best neutral leather wax and polish?

Studio Nicholson advises me to use a neutral leather wax on my new boots before wearing them out to protect against moisture. I'm not sure if that's necessary as I expect to never wear them in the rain, but I guess I'll do it. What's the best one I can buy? And can I wear them out a few times before waxing them?

Ditto, kiwi is just fine

Honestly, the price difference isn't horrid so I'd recommend the saphir neutral creme, it has enough hydrophobic components to help with passive water resistance and gives a great low shine

Don’t get Saphir, it’s honestly not so great. For colorless wax (not polish) get Burgol Lederfett. Also Doc Martens WonderBalm is very underrated.
